About The Connection

Since their formation at Easter in 2007 the Connection have been in constant demand. They are four established musicians with many years of experience on the road gigging the length and breadth of the UK in clubs and concerts as well as churches. Equally at home giving a full on rock concert or leading contemporary Christian worship in a Church Service.

The Connection are made up of Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist/Drummer Chris Betts, Bassist/Guitarist Graham J. Russell, Keyboard Player Nigel Steady and Drummer/Guitarist/Vocalist Rowena Steady.

The versatility of the line-up allows them great scope musically and their approach to Contemporary Christian material cuts across the barriers which restrict many other bands seeking to communicate the gospel.

As Keyboard player Nigel says “Our vision is to reach people in a way that they can relate to. Obviously we connect with the 30 plus age group but we’ve found our music is well received by people a lot younger than that.”
